The PDF standard coaching plan and customized affirmations will be delivered within 7 business days (from the date the Coaching Questionnaire or Coaching Agreement is submitted, whichever comes later). Response times to subsequent email coaching requests may take up to 7 business days.

What To Expect When You Make a Purchase
Right after payment is made, you will be prompted to download a Next-Steps Document, which explains all the next steps including link to the coaching questionnaire as well as link to submit your email coaching requests. Within 24 hours of making the payment, you will receive the Client Coaching Agreement to sign and return. This must be signed and returned before any coaching can begin.
Once a payment is made, no refund is possible.
Important Note: It is your responsibility to make sure you utilize all emails within the 6-month period. No reminders will be sent. All outstanding emails not utilized within the 6 months period will expire after lapse of the 6 months period.
