I had a meeting last week with a lovely client and long-time subscriber who shared with me how this one concept in one of my videos allowed her to manifest mental health in just 7 days. This is after 8 long years of struggle with depression and OCD.
Needless to say that my videos are not intended to replace medical advice so always consult with a doctor for any physical or mental issues.
But I still wanted to share this success story to show you just how powerful you truly are and what you are capable of.
The point that was a game-changer for her was a concept I shared in the video 4D Versus 5D Approaches to Manifesting. In that video, I explained the difference between manifesting using 4D (i.e. using the mind) versus manifesting using 5D (which is manifesting through identity shifting).
When you are using affirmations, visualizations, scripting, etc, you are working on reprogramming your subconscious mind. It is the approach of working with and through your conscious and subconscious mind to create your desired reality.
But as the operant power, you also have the option to claim a brand new identity, which has its own corresponding belief systems! SO technically, you don’t even need to reprogram your mind. As the operant power, and in your I-AMness, you can just CLAIM that.
This is possible because in every single moment, you are someone new. Your past has zero impact on you, whether you are talking about your past negative circumstances or your past thoughts. We are eternally and automatically shifting realities in every single moment. This means, in every single moment, we can be someone new.
With this understanding, my client shifting into a brand new version of self, who has always been mentally healthy and her past has no bearing on her present.
You really are that powerful! No matter how long you have experienced struggle, and what “conditioning” you have had since childhood, you always have the opportunity to claim a brand-new identity and a fresh slate. All you need to do is CLAIM that.

When I first learned about manifesting and got into Law of Attraction, I was very conscious of the fact that my current physical reality is the result of my thoughts. And I started to develop this fear of the creative power of thoughts given the “time-lag” between a thought and its physical manifestation. This is probably a big hang-up for many people given that the Law of Attraction teaches that our 3D reality is old news from a linear time perspective.
However, this too is a limiting assumption because we are actually shifting realities in every single moment. In every single moment, we are someone new. There really is no linear time! There is only NOW. And in this moment, I can choose something completely new and more empowering.
With this understanding, there is no time lag… meaning, I do not have to worry about the physical creation of a past negative thought because I happened to be in a bad space.
It’s important to understand that your 3D does not change but YOU change, and in the process, you shift timelines and realities, giving the illusion that your 3D changed. With this understanding that we are shifting, your past does not have an impact because with this shift, your past also changes. This means that your undesired past circumstances and your past negative thoughts have zero impact or power over your physical reality.
In every moment, YOU are changing identities based on what you’re CHOOSING. Every identity has its own corresponding beliefs, thoughts, emotions and actions. Therefore, your past negative thoughts (and corresponding identity) again has no bearing on what you are experiencing this moment because you are literally someone else!
So this is a reminder to you to not give any power to your past circumstances or to your past thoughts, for they CANNOT create. These are all limitations of the fear-based mind which has even gotten its grips on the manifesting process! In your consciousness and awareness of the limitations of “THE MIND” (which is not you!), you have the ability to recognize and therefore disconnect from these fear-based thoughts.
In every moment, you become someone new with zero weight or power attributed to your past negative thoughts. In fact, even your CURRENT negative thoughts have zero power when you become conscious and aware of them as they are happening and rejecting them all together.
YOU are the operant power and creator and can easily reject the undesirable stories of the mind in every single moment. You really are that powerful!

As we go through life, we are constantly drawing conclusions and making observations and judgements about the people and circumstances in our life. These conclusions, judgements and observations reflect our inner assumptions drawn on past conditioning. These assumptions are directing our physical reality and the direction we are going in life.
The problem is when these assumptions are not serving us or taking us further away from manifesting our desires. As the operant power and creator of your reality, you always have the choice to notice what assumptions you are making in every moment. If these are not in your favor, then take back control!
Ask yourself… Is this something that I would like to perpetuate? Is this something I want?
I found myself in that situation this past week… drawing conclusions and judgements about someone and nearly convincing myself that I was right. But then I had to pause. I knew that if I kept fueling these conclusions, that person was going to reflect back every negative assumption I was making about him.
So I questioned the situation, asking… do I want these negative assumptions to be true?
That’s the part that I found myself hesitating about. I felt that I wanted to be right as a means of self-sabotage. That is because the path that was unfolding for me felt very scary and out of my comfort zone. I felt quite overwhelmed.
Self-sabotage naturally felt safer for me.
But in our higher consciousness, we always have the opportunity in every moment to take back control of the assumptions we are making…rather than being at the mercy of our past conditioning, especially when we are unconsciously using that as an excuse to self-sabotage.
Our ego minds can do that sometimes! Our ego mind wants to keep us safe from “perceived danger”, which can be something as simple as being out of our comfort zone…or as dangerous as we are willing to create for ourselves!
Whether or not our ego mind is right all depends on what assumptions we are choosing to engage with and perpetuate. We can always prove our ego mind right by accepting those assumptions, and then manifesting them!
OR we can take back control of these assumptions, and re-direct the outcome.
We always have the choice.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you know that I always say that everything in your physical reality is your creation. This applies to the people in your life, including competitors. So if you find yourself in a situation where there is perceived competition for your desire, you have created that too.
Of-course, it may seem easier said than done to deal with competition, especially when you are hoping to manifest a loving relationship. But, as with everything else, this too can be changed.
Manifesting is really a product of two key components: (a) your inner ASSUMPTIONS (i.e. assumptions about yourself, the other person, and/or circumstances in general) as well as (b) your focus and attention. The first one is more important than the second one because even if you remove your focus and attention from your 3D and any third parties, if you assume that you are not chosen or that your specific person is not faithful, then you will continue to experience the same circumstances, even if you are not focusing on the situation.
So in order to change your current circumstances, it’s important to first bring to light what assumptions you really have and release them.
A long time ago, before I knew about manifesting, one of my friends wanted to introduce me to someone. And before she even had a chance to make that happen, he met someone else. We laughed it off as “what bad luck”. But I actually went on to re-create that a few times. The minute I found myself interested in someone, they would meet someone else and start a relationship before I knew what hit me. It became my story!
When I learned about manifesting, I realized how I was creating that! And all it takes is to notice the assumptions you are identified with… which is enough to release them.
You also want to bring in all your focus and attention to yourself, rather than your competition. By withdrawing your attention from THEM to yourself, and affirming for your self-concept, you literally have the opportunity to change your 3D. You never have to manipulate or take any physical action to change your undesired reality. By focusing inward on yourself and building up your own view of self (including being extremely lucky in everything, not just love), your physical reality will change to reflect that. Not only will you bring in a potential SP… but you may bring in others and create a number of options for yourself, making OTHERS compete for you.

If you’re having many intrusive and opposing thoughts and find it difficult to take charge of them, do not worry because there are some ways of dealing with them and still manifest your desire.
First, it’s important to understand what is meant by opposing thoughts, because contrary to popular belief, they are not universally negative thoughts. They are just thoughts and words that oppose YOUR desire… they are thoughts that take you out of the state of the wish fulfilled. Granted, there are some thoughts that are universally negative, yet not every thought is negative. If I think and vocalize that I am happily single, that is not a negative thought if I desire to remain single. But it is an opposing thought for someone who desires to find love and be in a relationship. That is why we say “opposing” rather than “negative”. It’s an important distinction. I explain what is meant by opposing thoughts in this video.
So then, what to do if you are experiencing so many intrusive opposing thoughts, making it hard for you to believe that you’ll be able to manifest your desire?
There are several ways…The most potent way is to do your manifesting technique in SATS (in the State Akin to Sleep), whether you prefer affirmations, or activating a mental image or visualizing. When you perform a technique in SATS, you are impressing that new story straight into your subconscious mind because your conscious mind is less active, making your subconscious mind much more receptive. When you do this persistently, you will manifest your desire even if you are opposing your desire during the day. Scientifically, your subconscious mind is that much more powerful than your conscious mind. So with persistence in affirming or visualizing in SATS, you will overpower any conscious opposing thoughts you may have during the day, and you WILL manifest. You will likely also have fewer opposing thoughts with time, as the new story is impressed in SATS.
The second way to deal with opposing thoughts is to NOTICE them as they are happening (a) with ZERO self-criticism or judgement for having the opposing thoughts, AND (b) without fighting the thoughts and/or trying to convince yourself that they are not true. You will drain yourself out if you do either! In fact, the more you self-criticize, fight the thoughts or try to convince yourself that they are not true, the more you will experience these thoughts… Remember, anything you focus on grows, including opposing thoughts. When you just NOTICE and OBSERVE yourself lovingly with great compassion to self, you will allow these thoughts to dissolve with time.
The third way to deal with opposing thoughts is to persist with a manifesting practice for a short while until you internally shift states. When you do that, you basically have fewer opposing thoughts BY DEFAULT.
