One of the things I hear about while working with clients is some of the coaching advice they receive from other coaches on their manifesting journey.
Recently, a client of mine informed me of some advice she received from another coach regarding a desire she has to revise her past. The coach advised her to be careful about such revision as it could manifest in undesired circumstances.
Of-course, that coach was only mirroring my client’s own fear-based assumptions. But even so, the coach herself is still learning. She reminded me of myself a few years ago, when I was still heavily identified with my physical mind.
It is pure fear-based thinking that is OF THE PHYSICAL MIND.
Unless the physical mind has a frame of reference, it may find it hard to make sense of something like revision.
The important thing to realize is that your higher mind knows everything that you want, even if you have not set an intention for it. It knows everything that is your preference. When you get out of your own way by disengaging your physical mind from the process, you WILL manifest the most desirable outcome at all levels. It will not be missing anything. It will not happen with negative outcomes.
Therefore, today’s email is a reminder to you to always remember that fear-based thinking is always of the physical mind, and never of your higher mind, or the I AM part of you that is the operant power.
Your higher mind is always helping you get your desires, with no judgement. It is always saying YES LET’S DO IT. It is always very loving. And it always guides you in a gentle way and in a way that you can receive it. It is ALWAYS leading you towards manifestation of your desires, even if it does not appear that way.
Your physical mind – with no frame of reference – may conjure up less-than-ideal ways you can manifest something from a more fear-based perspective. That’s where it’s important to remain in your higher awareness so you can notice the physical mind at work.
If you have the desire for something, then it’s 100% possible. Otherwise, you would not have that desire. If you’re not ready to have something, or it’s not part of your journey, you will not desire it.
With so much information out there, the best way to know what is true FOR YOU is by engaging with that loving inner voice within you. It is always loving, expansive and exciting. It is never fearful. If you quiet your physical mind long enough, you will hear it.
I speak about that in this week’s video:
Beware of Fear Based Manifestation Coaching | Law of Assumption

As a coach, I find that there is often a misunderstanding of what’s meant by self-concept. People think it’s just about self-worth or self-esteem. But actually, self-concept is not confined to self-worth, although self-worth is definitely part of self-concept.
The reason I bring this up is because people skip the self-concept work because they believe they don’t have an issue there (i.e. they believe they are already worthy and deserving of their desire). In doing so, they are not addressing those broader limiting self-concept assumptions that are unrelated to self-worth.
So what is self-concept then, if it’s not just about self-worth?
Self-concept represents the assumptions you have about yourself vis-à-vis your desire. When working on manifesting a desire, it’s important to make sure that your self-concept is aligned with the identity of the person who has their desire, and to release any limiting self-concept assumptions that may be standing in the way.
It goes beyond self-worth and feeling deserving of your desire. It’s any assumption you have about yourself, both good and limiting.
For example, one might have a huge sense of self-worth and believe they are so lovable that it intimidates potential romantic partners! That is not a self-worth issue but definitely a limiting self-concept.
Another example might be someone who knows they are very good at their job, but luck is not on their side. They believe that they are extremely skilled and deserving of success but are unlucky or are never in the right place at the right time.
Or they believe that while they are just perfect as they are, it’s not their destiny to get their desire. Or their birth chart is not in favor of abundance!
All these are examples of limiting self-concept assumptions that may not be tied to self-worth and self-love.
So do not neglect self-concept on the assumption that it’s just about self-worth and self-love.
Having said that, even when it comes to self-worth, sometimes people may have subtle self-worth issues that may be standing in the way of them getting their desires. Try to be transparent with yourself as much as possible so that you get your desires! Remember, there is nothing to FIX except your own thinking and opinions, and sometimes these opinions are very subtle.
I speak about all that and more in this week’s two videos:

Although I try to stay away from social media and the news, yesterday I found myself reading through different comments and opinions on the situation in the Middle East. Reading through the comments and perspectives on both sides, it was clear how the opposing sides are experiencing very different physical realities, based on their own beliefs and assumptions.
The old ME would have attributed this to misinformation or the wrong portrayal of the truth. But today, as a Manifestation Coach, I could clearly see that different realities are literally playing out. It’s not a different version of the truth. It is literally different versions of physical reality!
We are each born into our own circumstances. That is not something we control from a physical perspective. We are born into a family of a certain race and religion and that plays a role in our upbringing and the beliefs we hold as true. We take on the beliefs of our parents, who have taken on their beliefs from their parents, and so on. Therefore, our own beliefs and assumptions are carried on across generations, and our past generational traumas play a role in what we stand for.
This then shapes the reality we are experiencing because our physical reality is unique to us… it is a mirror of our inner consciousness. And what we experience in physical reality is always a reflection of that, plus what we choose to focus on.
But we are now living in a time where violence, pain and tragedy cannot and should not continue. In our higher state of consciousness, where love is the only truth and our natural state, it is no longer acceptable to experience a world where children are living in terror.
You always have the power and ability to make changes and experience your desired reality, even if it is the exact opposite of someone else’s desires. This is YOUR reality, similar to the dreams you experience while sleeping. YOU have the full power and capability to create your own version of reality that is uniquely yours. We live in a multi-dimensional universe with an infinite number of realities and infinite possibilities.
In today’s video, I share how to manifest peace in the middle east in 3 simple steps. It does not involve changing your beliefs or what you stand for. It just involves bringing into your conscious awareness the assumptions that are perpetuating these undesirable circumstances. I also share what you can expect when you hold on to the vision of what you desire.

We cannot be the operant power of our realities and then be responsible for the creation of some things but not others…
Everything is created by us! The world, including its wars and tragedies, is a creation of our inner consciousness and assumptions. The collective conscious (or shall I say the collective UNCONSCIOUS) is also our creation!
We are often doing it all UNCONSCIOUSLY (i.e. on autopilot) through our past conditioning and assumptions as well as through our focus and attention on the undesired reality.
In these turbulent times, it is important to not forget our power, and to bring ourselves back into the awareness of how we’re creating it all!
Notice the assumptions and judgements you’re making! Keep yourself in that awareness.
Then focus on the DESIRED OUTCOME, even if you can’t see how that beautiful outcome is possible.
As with any other desire, manifesting the desired changes in our world entails:
(1) Focusing ONLY on the DESIRED OUTCOME (not the ‘HOW’ but the END GOAL)
What do you wish to experience? What version of the world would YOU like to live in? Focus on that! Envision it. And if the question of “how this can happen” gets triggered within you, remind yourself that your job is not to focus on the “how”. Your job is to focus on the “What”. In addition, remind yourself that we live in a multi-dimensional universe. There are an infinite number of realities. There are an infinite number of possibilities. Every one of us has the opportunity and power to get what we desire, including the kind of world we live in, because we are each experiencing our own unique versions of reality.
Forget the “how”. Forget how long this has been going on. Forget it all. Just focus on the END.
(2) Removing your focus and attention from the current Undesired 3D
To be able to create your NEW desired reality, you must let go of the OLD undesired reality. This does not mean turning a blind eye to what’s happening and trying to look at things from rose-colored glasses. It’s impossible to see a child being killed and look at the circumstance through rose-colored glasses! Letting go of the undesired reality does not mean DENYING what’s happening, but rather REJECTING what’s happening, and REFOCUSING on what you desire so you can create YOUR DESIRED VERSION of the world.
Removing your focus and attention from the undesired 3D includes not subjecting yourself to triggers…i.e. watching the news, getting on social media, arguing and fighting… this only perpetuates the undesired 3D. Avoid these triggers to ensure you remain committed to your desired outcome. Doing this also helps you better believe in the possibility of your desired outcome.
And needless to say, circumstances never need to become worse for them to get better. That is just an assumption! Everything.
I filmed and posted a video earlier this week about how everything is an ASSUMPTION and the only TRUTH is that we are the operant powers of our reality…

Last week, I received an email from a subscriber asking about inspired action, and this inspired me to write about this because it is a very important question.
His question in a nutshell was whether it’s possible to miss the cue on inspired action.
If you’ve been following me for a while, you know that I say that you never have to take any physical action to manifest, unless it is inspired. What does that even mean?
It means that you only need to focus on the END, and everything that needs to happen will happen to manifest that outcome. Sometimes, things will literally come to you. Other times, you may feel INSPIRED to take physical action.
Sometimes that inspired action directly relates to your desire. If you’re working on manifesting business success, you may feel suddenly inspired to email an old business contact for a potential collaboration.
Other times, the inspired action may appear completely unrelated to a given desire. You may suddenly have the urge to drop by the mall right after work. And while you’re there, you run into someone, who eventually hires you for that dream job you’ve been working on manifesting. Or you may feel like throwing a party, and a friend brings a friend, who ends up becoming that romantic partner you’ve been dreaming of manifesting.
The key is that you never really have to worry about missing the cue because if you are QUESTIONING whether or not to do something, then it’s not inspired, and you need not take action.
When you are wondering, questioning or forcing, it is not inspired. Let it go. Don’t worry!
You will never miss the cue.
Your one and only goal is to mentally focus on the END. When you set the intention of the end and let it go (5d manifesting) or when you affirm for or visualize the end (4d manifesting), everything that happens in between will happen on its own. And if any action is involved, you’re just DOING and not thinking. The minute it feels forced, it’s not inspired.
I talk more about this in more detail, including whether you can manifest being a successful CEO oversleeping on the couch, in the following video:
Don’t Worry About Missing the Cue on Inspired Action | Law of Assumption
