Everyone is You Pushed Out

Everyone is You Pushed Out

The concept of Everyone is You Pushed Out (EIYPO) states that other people are always mirroring back to you your inner assumptions about them. They are always going to think, feel, behave, and act in the way you ASSUME they will.

Here is a perfect example…

Yesterday I had a session with one of my clients, who was unhappy to discover that her romantic partner is homophobic. She said, I know that I am creating it all, but I never had an assumption about him being that way. In fact, I never imagined he would be that way.
I immediately spotted how that was her creation because earlier in our session, and in past sessions as well, she stated that he was too traditional and rigid in his thinking. He wasn’t open-minded and he even had very traditional ideas about gender roles. And so, through pure “stereotyping”, she unconsciously manifested other characteristics that fall under that general stereotype.

And yes, she got it! She got how assumptions are really playing out, often in a way that is not so direct but through mere classification of characteristics that “go together”, all of which happened unconsciously for her.

The truly amazing, remarkable, extraordinary thing to note here is that if you are just WILLING TO BELIEVE that you can create new assumptions about someone, no matter what they have shown you in the past… you can start to see that change in them, almost immediately.

It’s never about creating change in someone through physical action. It’s not about trying to change WHO THEY ARE. It’s about changing YOU and your inner assumptions about them. And therefore, you are going to gradually see a full turnaround because you’re slowly going to start experiencing a different VERSION of them.

Manifesting is always a by-product of two things: Your inner assumptions and your focus and attention. Therefore, if she decides to change her inner assumptions about him even if she doesn’t believe it’s possible (either by setting that intention or affirming for the new assumptions), and she STOPS fueling the old story through focus and attention (i.e. talking about all the things she dislikes about him), she will start seeing a shift in him. That happens because she is not changing him. She is changing HERSELF, and literally shifting into an alternate reality where a different version of him is showing up and mirroring back her new assumptions.

Everyone is always mirroring back our inner assumptions, which always run at three levels: assumptions about ourselves (and what we tend to attract), assumptions about other people, and assumptions about circumstances in general.

This concept of EIYPO is a very fascinating topic. If you’d like to see more examples of this, then you definitely want to watch the following two videos:

THIS Helps You Fulfill Your Desires

THIS Helps You Fulfill Your Desires

As people work on manifesting their desires, it may be easy to fall into this “waiting” trap… waiting for the perfect relationship or that promotion or that big chunk of money or whatever that next “big” thing is. That sense of waiting creates a feeling of being stuck or unfulfilled in the now.

Really, the biggest outcome of waiting is a lack of fulfillment in the NOW because we are waiting for something to come about to feel fulfilled. And in doing so, there is more waiting created because of the resistance that comes with that.

Needless to say, things don’t need to take time.

But we want what we want. So how do we manifest the things we desire without feeling like we are waiting or missing something? How do we grow, expand, and align with what’s next for us without noticing that it’s not here yet?

In my book BECOMING YOU, I spoke about the concept of “following your highest excitement in every moment”, which is a concept based on the teachings of Bashar (Darryl Anka). The idea behind following your joy is that if you follow that excitement (no matter how subtle it may be), you will fulfill all your desires.

Doing this has multiple benefits:

First and foremost, it leads you towards fulfillment of your desires (it’s part of the bridge of incidents)

Second, it helps ease the resistance as it gets you out of waiting (and most certainly out of our head!)

Third, it creates joy and fulfillment right here right now.

Essentially, following your highest joy places you in a state of ease and flow. It makes life more about the journey, rather than the destination, which is always inevitable anyway.

It’s not necessarily inspired action because it may not even be related to your desire, but somehow it is a part of the bridge of incidents, which your physical mind has no awareness or understanding of.

In my book, I explain that this sense of excitement can be as small as desiring to take a short walk, call a friend or pursue a new hobby to as big as desiring to start a new business venture, move to a different country or quit your full-time job. That excitement is a signal delivered to you by your Higher Mind, which is always leading you towards manifestation of all your dreams using the path of highest fulfilment.

When you do this, you automatically shift from waiting and lack to fulfillment in the NOW, as you are “led” towards full manifestation of your desires.

In my opinion, this really is the key to living a joyful life as we expand, grow and experience the next natural step on our life journey.

I talk more about this, including sharing an excerpt from my book, in the following video:

YOU Don’t Need Fixing!

YOU Don’t Need Fixing!

Whenever I talk on my channel about “fixing” or “upleveling” your self-concept, it is never about fixing YOU, because YOU never need fixing.

The “REAL YOU” has no issues but is masked by the disempowering beliefs and assumptions you have about yourself.

So what needs fixing, at times, is your THINKING!

You don’t even need to do any real work to “fix” your thinking.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you already know that I always talk about two different approaches for manifesting.

One is through MIND, whereby you use certain techniques to help impress your subconscious mind with more empowering inner assumptions and/or a new story, which then help create a more empowered natural state on “auto-pilot”.

The other is through 5D, which involves aligning with the I AM state. In the latter, there is no work involved except to just remain conscious of your physical ego mind at work so you can transcend it. This involves noticing and observing (with no judgement) your disempowering inner assumptions about yourself, other people, and the world.

By remaining in that state of conscious awareness, you are able to disconnect from these thoughts and align with the REAL YOU.
The REAL YOU is perfect…You THINK you’re less than perfect because your disempowering assumptions are limiting your ability to see the REAL YOU. Your disempowering assumptions are just not true, unless you choose them again and again. When you just notice these assumptions, and observe what you’re choosing in every moment, you allow yourself to release them, regardless of what has been your reality up until that moment.

In this week’s video, I talk about this and more including how JLo continues to remind herself that she is enough through affirmations.

Are You Feeling Shame for Not Manifesting?

Are You Feeling Shame for Not Manifesting?

A lovely ex-client of mine asked me to talk more about how to deal with shame on the manifesting journey, i.e. shame around delays in manifesting or simply not manifesting certain desires. I’ve noticed this with other clients and subscribers on my channel and thought it was definitely worth talking about.

If we were to look at the feeling of shame, it is a feeling that is generated as a result of self-critical thoughts, as feelings are always an outcome of conscious or subconscious thoughts. In this specific example, the shame is generated from thoughts that the person can’t manifest, while others can. It’s us believing that we are not able to do something.

So, what can we do get rid of this feeling of shame?

First, the only reason we are feeling shame is because we are fueling the thoughts behind the shame, and these thoughts are also opposing thoughts. They may not be specific to our desire, but they are specific to the manifesting process. And you deal with them in the exact same manner you would deal with opposing thoughts relative to any given desire.

On my channel, I always talk about how to deal with opposing thoughts. The key is to neither fight them nor feel bad for having them. Just notice the ego mind at work. The physical ego mind, which is duality-based, tends to be quite judgmental and self-critical. It likes to compare itself to others and criticize itself for its “shortcomings”. These self-critical thoughts are never a reflection of the REAL YOU because you are not your mind, and the “REAL YOU” never requires any fixing.

Therefore, when an opposing thought pops up, notice it, without any self-judgement for having that thought. Notice it with gentle and loving awareness. In doing that, you automatically align with the I-Am state, which is pure conscious awareness with no duality or judgement.

You don’t have to convince yourself of the opposite. This helps you DISCONNECT from the mind all together.

When doing this, i.e. noticing the thought and neither fighting it nor feeling bad for having it, the thought can no longer perpetuate. The only reason a thought would perpetuate is if you are unconsciously engaging with it. In your conscious awareness, the thought can no longer continue or perpetuate itself.

I speak more about that in this week’s video:

Don’t Justify Why It’s Not Here Yet

Don’t Justify Why It’s Not Here Yet

As we focus on manifesting our desires, sometimes our conscious ego mind needs “consolation” on why something is taking time or hasn’t manifested yet, giving power and value to something external.

The job of our physical ego mind is to protect us from harm. It draws on our past experiences and/or that of other people to find ways to protect us. Therefore, when we are working on manifesting something, and it’s not happening, the conscious mind often finds relief in an “external” justification for its perceived lack of progress because it cannot otherwise justify persisting with that desire.
To the ego mind, persisting with the desire equals danger, UNLESS there is a “reasonable explanation”.

As an example, one of my subscribers stated that she keeps thinking that her ex is not contacting her because he is probably fearful to face her after his past wrongdoings towards her.

While this may provide temporary relief, upholding that assumption may perpetuate the delay…

When the need to justify pops up in your mind, remind yourself that while this may temporarily satisfy you, it is not a helpful assumption to uphold long-term.

You also want to become conscious of the justifications, as they come up. You never have to convince your mind that they are not true. Just become conscious of the “mind at work”. When you realize that these are natural defense mechanisms of the mind, you can transcend these assumptions all together.

You NEVER have to justify why you desire something, and why you desire to persist with working on a manifestation, regardless of how long it’s taking. And while you must remain assured that you are not doing anything wrong, the only reason it hasn’t manifested is because of the assumptions you are upholding. And the only thing you need to do is recognize these assumptions as they come up, and then persist with your chosen manifesting practice.

Therefore, if you find yourself in such a circumstance, I highly recommend that you just (a) notice the defense mechanisms of the mind at work, (b) remind yourself that it’s all internal not external, and (c) persist with your manifesting practice without focusing on any justifications on why it hasn’t yet manifested. Nothing else is needed.

You never have to convince the mind of anything. Just transcend these limiting assumptions and persist.

I talk about it more in this video:
