Your Actions Do Not Define Your Identity

Your Actions Do Not Define Your Identity

When it comes to the levels of reality creation, action is at the very bottom. It is the densest most difficult way to create change.

Why is that?

Because actions are always an OUTCOME of a chosen inner identity. Therefore, to create change from the bottom up will feel much harder.

Take, for example, someone who is heavily identified with being unfit. Taking action to go to the gym from that identity will feel incredibly hard. But if that same person focused on the end and saw themselves as already fit (through affirmations or visualizations), the inspired actions will be very naturally that of the person who is fit or on the way towards becoming fit.

But the key is that the action is inspired and never forced.

One of my coaching clients is in the process of manifesting an upgrade in her current relationship – from casual dating to a long-term commitment. Her partner is interested in maintaining the relationship “as is”.

As she started working with me to manifest the desired outcome, she affirmed for her desired identity (i.e. the woman who is loved, pursued, chosen and committed to). As part of the process, she felt called to pull back from the relationship until she can get a better outcome from him. It was not something I discussed with her or asked her to do. She felt CALLED to do that.

This does not mean her action was “right or wrong” or “aligned/not aligned with her chosen identity”.

It’s just inspired action that is leading her towards her full manifestation on the path of least resistance FOR HER.

When I work with clients, I never expect them to force certain actions because change is never created through action. And we are all very different. What’s the path of least resistance for one person may be the path of highest resistance for another. So there is never one size that fits all. Additionally, we’re simply not dealing with action here. Only inner identities. The actions are all inspired on the client’s part.

In our next session, she informed me that she felt called to reach out to him again. But this time, she felt a great deal of shame and guilt for the reconciliation. In her mind, her actions were not aligned with her chosen identity.

My advice to her had nothing to do with the action, which again was both neutral and inspired. My advice revolved around the judgements she was making of a very neutral circumstance.

Actions really don’t matter because your actions do not define your identity. They are an OUTCOME of your chosen identity, and sometimes, your inspired actions are part of the bridge of incidents. All these actions – inspired or not – are neutral. It’s what you are ASSUMING about your actions that matter.

And when your actions are inspired (i.e. you feel called to do something) – in her case she felt called to step away and then subsequently to bridge the gap – it’s all part of the unfolding because your higher mind is leading you towards your full manifestation on the path of least resistance.

That path is different for everyone. At first, she felt called to step back. That was part of the bridge of incidents. She then felt called to return. Again, it’s part of the bridge of incidents. Her one and only task is to uphold her inner assumptions of herself (that she is loved, pursued, chosen and committed to) and to not judge her inspired actions and behaviors, because these like the 3D are all irrelevant and neutral.

I speak more about this important topic in this week’s video:

Choose How to Perceive the 3D

Choose How to Perceive the 3D

A few weeks ago, a subscriber asked me if I had any insight on what is going on when there is zero change in the 3D (i.e. neither a positive nor negative change). Just no change at all for a long while.

I went on to respond to her that her PERCEIVING that there is no change in the 3D keeps that status quo. Essentially, in her perception of “no change”, she is CHOOSING to experience further “no change”….

The subscriber was not quite satisfied with that response, needing an external reason as to why the 3D is not changing. And, often times, coaches do give reasons (i.e. ASSUMPTIONS!) on why something is the way it is.

In the scenario of “no change”, we’ve heard it all!

  • Divine timing.
  • There is always movement behind the scenes.
  • Transition period.
  • The “Universe” is testing you…
  • Etc etc…

The problem with these momentarily relieving externalized assumptions is that people will go on to create unnecessary delays in their manifestations!

It would be a disservice by me to provide any reasoning as to why there is no movement in 3D because the mere fact that she is perceiving “no movement” is creating more of it…

SHE is the one and only source of her creation.

That is why I always tell my clients to just decide and choose that everything is unfolding perfectly.

There are no delays.

There is always movement.

It’s all happening perfectly, no matter what.

The more you place your awareness that it’s all unfolding perfectly, the faster you will experience the change you desire.

Otherwise, me giving you external reasons for the delay only perpetuates further delays!!!

Ultimately, HOW you are perceiving your reality is a reflection of what you are ASSUMING in this moment. And your physical reality is always a mirror reflection of your inner assumptions and focus.

So assume wisely! Focus your attention on what you prefer to experience (and remove your focus from anything you don’t prefer, including zero change).

Choose to perceive everything in your favor, as that places your awareness and attention on your desired end. Period.

And in doing so, the “no change” reality shifts very fast!

I talk about this in great depth in this week’s video, including a second discussion of how perceiving is choosing from another real-life client example.

Living in the End When You’re Living with Them

Living in the End When You’re Living with Them

How do you live in the end when you’re living with the person, and they are reflecting back to you undesired words, behaviors and actions on a daily basis?

It really may seem easier said than done. But I have absolutely experienced success with this through my own experiences as well as the experiences of my clients, who have manifested desired changes in their spouses.

At the highest level of creation (within the physical realm), i.e. Level 6 of the 7 Levels of Reality Creation, pure conscious awareness is enough. When you are experiencing undesired behaviors and actions from others, remaining conscious of how you are creating these helps you step back into your power.

So when they trigger you with a comment, behavior or action, remembering that YOU are the source of it all (rather than the victim) helps you choose again!

But in what way are you the source?

Well, that may better be covered in another email. But briefly, it’s all about what you are assuming about yourself, the other person, and circumstances in general, as well as how you assume the other person sees you.

Choose better assumptions, ignore anything that happens meanwhile, and they will “change” (i.e. YOU will shift to another reality where a preferred version of them is showing up).

This conscious awareness is enough on its own!

But some people prefer a more practical approach, although I personally consider the above to be highly practical and do-able.

If you prefer techniques, you can instead choose to focus on their positive qualities. List out all the actual positive aspects of their character, behaviors and actions (i.e. the things about them that you love). Even if these qualities appear limited at this point in time, divert all your focus and attention on these and only these. You can affirm for these existing qualities every morning.

When you do this, the person will start to reflect more of these positive actions and behaviors in your day-to-day life, while their less desired qualities begin to fall into the background.

As you experience more and more of these qualities, you will find it easier to assume that their undesired qualities can be “changed”. So, at that point, list out all these undesired characteristics and flip them into positive ones. When you do this, you allow yourself to start claiming more positive assumptions about them (as far-fetched as these may seem).

They will not only reflect more of their existing positive qualities, but they will appear to have “transformed”.

In this week’s video, I cover all the above and more, including how to deal with them in 3D as you’re working on manifesting a better version of them. Do you need to act as if they’ve already transformed? Or do you continue to respond to them based on how they’re showing up currently in the 3D?

Is Repetition a Must to Manifest?

Is Repetition a Must to Manifest?

One of my highest viewed videos, which was posted two years ago and unanimously had great feedback, was focused on the process of impressing the subconscious mind. At the time, the video explained (from a 3D perspective) how the subconscious mind works. It explained the process of impressing new beliefs into the subconscious mind.

All subscribers with a highly scientific inclination enjoyed the teachings of that video.

Are the teachings of that video true?

Of-course.

Can we impress the subconscious mind through repetition?

Definitely!

Is it the easiest way?

No.

The reason is because repetition is on levels 3 and 4 of the 7 levels of reality creation. The higher levels of creation are much easier, quicker and much less dense.

But we are often inclined to create change at the lower levels of creation because we have been conditioned to believe that change can only be created through time and effort. And we find ourselves needing to create change by forcing action, which is the densest level of reality creation (level 1), controlling our emotions and feelings (level 2), flipping our opposing thoughts and assumptions (Level 3) and doing techniques to impress new beliefs (level 4).

In doing any of the above, we end up investing time and effort.

But none of that is not needed when you create at the higher levels. The reason is because each identity has its own corresponding subconscious mind.

As I always mention on my channel, relative to any desire, there are two main identities: (a) Identity X (which reflects the state of the wish unfulfilled) and (b) Identity Y (which reflects the state of the wish fulfilled).

Identity X has a very different subconscious to that of Identity Y. When you recognize that you are in Y by default, and the 3D is unfolding perfectly, you already have activated within you the subconscious mind that corresponds to Identity Y. You wouldn’t have perceived your desire otherwise.

So the subconscious of Identity Y does not need changing.

When you’re creating from the lower levels of creation, you are using repetition to “impress” and change the subconscious mind of Identity X. But when you realize that you are already that which you desire to be (i.e. you are in Identity Y by default), there is no work needed to change anything. It’s about just allowing the 3D to unfold! (NB. That’s why you actually can set intentions and let them go!)

So in conclusion, repetition is not a must to manifest! No processes or techniques are needed. Nothing is needed when you’re creating from levels 5 and 6.

If you prefer to repeat, it’s perfectly OK. The key is not to assume that you can’t manifest unless you are DOING something.
