A big part of being in the state of wish fulfilled is a sense of fulfillment… because in the state of HAVING, there is no lack. No wait. Nothing missing. People try to tap into that state frequently and while they may succeed, it may feel like effort to do that if they have not internally shifted states.
The key is to literally shift states internally because when you are in the state of wish fulfillment, there is no effort to hold that state and experience all the corresponding beliefs, thoughts, emotions and actions of that state. It is a state separate from that of lack, which has its own corresponding beliefs, thoughts, emotions and actions.
For the past couple of weeks, I’ve been talking about how you only need to exert effort for a few days before shifting and holding that state. This entails:
1. Choosing and persisting with a manifesting practice of choice until you manifest your desire in full. A manifesting practice can also include no techniques at all, if your preference is to manifest through “I AM” presence! The effort on this will only be for a few days. Beyond that, you naturally persist with the practice, especially if you do this at the same time every day.
2. Controlling (or rather observing) your opposing thoughts… the effort on that will reduce in a few days if you do 1 & 3! After that, your opposing thoughts will either be fewer in number or you’ll just notice them passing through, with no fight. If you’re fighting them, you haven’t shifted states.
3. Ignoring 3D reality… the effort on that will again reduce in a few days if you do 1 & 2! After that, your concern with 3D will be NATURALLY reduced and eventually eliminated.
When you do this, you WILL shift states… you will move from state of lack to state of wish fulfilled.
And when you do, you naturally do not feel the wait. You naturally feel that your desire will come. Needless to say…if you have not reached that feeling, it does not mean you won’t manifest. But it certainly HELPS to be in that state…
The reason is because there is no waiting. There is no lack. There is no effort. Why not experience that while manifesting your desires, including the strongest ones?
There are a lot of teachings out there that make it seem like you need to use time, effort and will power to hold the state. And other well-meaning coaches inform you that you don’t need to hold the state to manifest. That is true. But who wants to be in lack? Who wants to be wavering? Who wants to shift back and forth between lack and having? Who wants to be in doubt. Wouldn’t it be great if you just didn’t feel the lack NATURALLY and EFFORTLESSLY?
Life is meant to be easy… and so should your manifesting.
This is truly what is meant by shifting states internally… it’s not pretending or trying or forcing anything to hold that state. In the beginning, it may be. But with a little bit of consistency and persistence, you will shift states and you will naturally find yourself fulfilled, even before the 3D has shifted.

How to Stop Waiting for Your Manifestation | Law of Assumption

While manifesting your desire, if you are constantly fighting intrusive opposing thoughts and finding it difficult to ignore your undesired 3D physical reality, you are likely more dominantly in the state of the wish unfulfilled. As you already know, the state of wish fulfilled has a very different identity (or state of consciousness) than that of state of wish UN-fulfilled. The state of HAVING has a different set of beliefs, thoughts, emotions and actions than the state of NOT HAVING.
Therefore, if you are experiencing intrusive thoughts and feeling immensely triggered by 3D, you are likely in the state of NOT HAVING…
When you are in the state of wish fulfilled, you NATURALLY experience fewer opposing thoughts and if they do come up, you find yourself easily disengaging from them. There is no fight! Additionally, you also find yourself unconcerned with 3D by default.
That is why I always highly recommend that people persist with their manifesting practice of choice, whether they choose to manifest through 4D or 5D, until they reach that state at the very least. The reason is because when you are in that state, you are effortlessly unconcerned with 3D and your opposing thoughts decrease in number. This is actually when you start “feeling it real”, which is a term used by Neville Goddard… This is not necessarily a believing state but a state of very high receptivity. It feels more natural to you to have your desire.
So while, in the beginning, you may need to use will power to control your opposing thoughts and ignore 3D, with a little bit of time, you find yourself naturally there. You actually do not need to reach that state to manifest, but it certainly makes it easier to persist because you are NATURALLY persisting. You are already there. There is no fight. You also don’t feel like you’re waiting for your desire and/or requiring validation from 3D.
The question then is… how do you reach that state?
You reach that state by (a) persisting with a manifesting practice of choice (until the full desire manifests), (b) controlling opposing thoughts and (c) ignoring the current undesired 3D reality. With respect to (b) and (c), these are only needed for a short while before you naturally have fewer opposing thoughts and find it easy to ignore 3D.
When you get this, it’s no longer about fighting or struggling to manifest your desire or relying on will power. It’s about persisting until you shift states internally… and from there onwards, you are in the natural state of having… if you’re going to manifest, why not make life easy for yourself and reach that state sooner rather than later?

How to Effortlessly Shift & Stay in the State of Wish Fulfilled | Law of Assumption

This blog post is inspired by a request I received from one of the subscribers to my YouTube Channel. She asked how can one manifest a 180 degree shift in their entire life. When you typically do manifesting practices, it revolves around 1-2 areas. But when you are talking about an overall shift in your entire life, that will usually involve multiple life areas, such as career, money, relationships, health, etc. So it may feel overwhelming to try to manifest changes across all these areas.
In such a scenario, I highly recommend one approach, which is to create a life vision.
Essentially, consider all life areas across the life wheel, which generally encompasses career, finances, romantic relationship, family, social life, health & fitness, self-development, quality of life, fun & adventure, and any others you feel require consideration.
Then rate each life area from 1 to 5, with 1 being “unsatisfied” and 5 being “fully satisfied” with that given life area. Then consider what you would like to see different in that life area. Often times, considering what you DON’T LIKE is a great starting point, as you may not know for sure what you do prefer.
After listing the aspects that you don’t like about that life area, consider the opposite of that and place it as an intention.
For example, for career, you may feel overworked at your current job. You may also feel that it’s not interesting or meaningful enough for you. You may find that your work colleagues are difficult to work with. So, using this information, you can then set the intentions for your career in the present tense. For example:
- I enjoy a great work-life balance
- I do work that is interesting and meaningful to me
- I work with like-minded people
Then do the same for all other life areas.
Another important element to consider is WHY you want these things. Adding that element of “WHY” is very helpful in order to manifest the changes you desire.

How to Manifest a 180 Degree Shift in Your Life

The concept of LIVING IN THE END is sometimes misunderstood in the manifesting community. People often associate it with “acting as if” (i.e. pretending in physical reality).
It is NOT physical action, although you may take certain actions in 3D that are private and personal, as Arielle Ford explains in her book The Soulmate Secret, which is a book that helps readers manifest a romantic relationship. In the book, she advises readers to make space in their life for the partner to come in, such as clearing closet space, sleeping on one side of the bed, etc.
But that is really the extent of it!
One of my clients, who is manifesting reconciliation with her husband, found herself needing to take physical action, which she felt a wife would do in dealing with her husband. But that is never what is meant here, because until you manifest your desired outcome fully, your actions should align with the current 3D.
Living in the end for her would mean knowing she has reconciled with her husband INTERNALLY and claiming the identity of the happy wife, yet never having to take any action to reflect that in 3D. It’s all inner and mental. For the physical reality to change, you must change internally first.
Another client, who is revising her educational past, asked if she should omit that information from her university application. My response was a firm “no” because you never have to force change in 3D and you never have to manipulate the changes into happening. That shift happens on its own without the need for you to interfere. You do not have the faintest idea how something will happen and how your desired reality will unfold.
LIVING IN THE END is purely a mental state.
It is aligning your thoughts with the desired end (the wish fulfilled), so even if you are seeing the complete opposite in 3D, you know that this is old news. For the physical reality to change, you must change yourself. But you never ever have to take any physical action to match that inner state, AND you are NOT going against the state of wish fulfilled by doing that.
What’s important is to hold the inner state and remain unconcerned with the current 3D because you know it’s shifting.
How do you hold the inner state? By choosing a manifesting practice that you resonate with and persisting with that. You will find yourself in the state of wish fulfilled by persisting. It is an outcome of the inner work you’re doing. You don’t necessarily start there, but you certainly end there. And when you do that, you will not care what the 3D is showing you right now because you will feel it’s already yours internally.

Understanding the Meaning of LIVING IN THE END | Law of Assumption

When it comes to manifesting any desire, I frequently talk on my YouTube channel about two different approaches to manifesting. One of these approaches is using the mind to manifest. This is manifesting using 4D, which is the dimension of mind.
Manifesting through 4D reflects all the different manifesting techniques and practices that help you manifest. These could be affirmations, visualizations, scripting, subliminal audios, vision boards, affirming/visualizing in SATS, and the list goes on and on.
All these techniques and practices are doing one thing, and one thing only! They are helping redirect your mind from unwanted to wanted.
That is why you often find yourself setting an intention and then boom, it manifests without doing a single technique. How as this possible? You were not opposing your intention and desire. You probably didn’t have much resistance, or you simply knew that if you just mentally let go of how it will manifest, you will get it. And meanwhile, you were not dwelling on how and when it will happen.
So this brings us to the other approach of manifesting. This is through 5D, which is the spiritual dimension. This represents recognizing yourself as the operant power and a spiritual being having a physical experience. You align with that operant power by disengaging from your mind and becoming the awareness behind your thoughts. That is who you really are. Being in that presence and consciousness is aligning with your I AM-ness. I AM the operant power. I AM the creator of my reality. I AM NOT my mind or thoughts or defined/constrained by the limitations of the physical mind, which only has its past as reference point.
When you practice recognizing the work of the physical mind, which often creates limitations even around the manifesting process, you will find it easier to disconnect from your thoughts, and in doing so, aligning with that inner I AM presence that is powerful.
Being in that I AM presence, you are already fulfilled. It is the state of the wish fulfilled and your desires have to manifest. It is fulfillment because there is no separation from your desire. Separation indicates lack, which by default indicates duality. Duality is of the mind.
It is the ultimate “receiving” state (from a Law of Attraction perspective), but it’s also the state that transcends all identities, thereby allowing you to claim any identity you desire with no limitations.
